Sondra Leibner is the owner and managing partner of Impact Performance. She is an experienced organizational development, executive coach and change advisor who helps people overcome personal challenges and improves their leadership skills while working with companies to breakthrough organization dysfunction and creates high performance teams and organizations.


Sondra Leibner has more than 15 years experience in organizational consulting within Fortune 500 and international equivalent corporations, as well as government agencies. She actively advises and coaches top executives and executive teams engaged in transforming their organizations.


She has led large transformational projects in global companies resulting in significant breakthroughs in performance for the enterprises. She has designed and delivered large projects involving direct interaction with thousands of employees at all levels. She specializes in building and maintaining high performance teams, executive leadership development, and executive coaching.
